My background – rooted in tradition, shaped by internationality.

My roots lie in Lucerne, a city that embodies excellence and hospitality for people from all over the world. Growing up in a family with a long tradition in the restaurant business, I learned from an early age what it means to run a business with passion and dedication. Our family business, the renowned Old Swiss House restaurant, is now run by my brother Philipp, the third generation of our family to do so. I myself have no business or financial connection to this restaurant. However, the values that shaped me there – customer focus, quality, and entrepreneurial thinking – continue to influence me to this day.


After four years of training at the Lucerne Hotel Management School, I was drawn to the world of five-star hospitality, where I gained valuable experience in Switzerland, the US, and the UK. This period opened my eyes to the close connection between first-class service, economic success, and meeting the needs of a multicultural clientele.

From the hospitality sector to the world of finance.

In order to understand and support companies holistically, I decided to expand my knowledge. I completed a bachelor’s and then a master’s degree in corporate finance and deepened my expertise with postgraduate studies in IFRS at the University of Zurich. The combination of business management, finance, and international business law forms the foundation of my consulting services today.

Professional experience – global expertise.

My career path took me from the hotel industry to the world of corporate finance, where I held senior positions at companies such as EY, Anheuser-Busch InBev, Shell Royal Dutch, and FRANKE.

In these positions, I assumed strategic responsibility in the following areas:

  • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Company valuations, financial and tax due diligence
  • Restructuring & transformation: supporting companies during the restructuring process
  • Internal & forensic audits: working with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and transparency
  • International corporate management: supporting subsidiaries worldwide and working directly with local CFOs and managing directors

This experience has shown me that successful entrepreneurship requires much more than just capital—it requires market knowledge, strategic foresight, and a strong network.

In 2019, I founded b_welcome AG to give entrepreneurs and investors the best possible entry into the Swiss market.
